Hello everyone… I am back from vacation. Wish you all a Happy New Year! I was unable to blog during my vacation and apologize for not replying to your queries and comments sooner. I wanted to blog a few recipes while I was vacationing in India. One recipe in particular is makha garelu eka corn vadai eka corn fritters. The corn here has lot of water content in it and the batter for the garelu gets very water, which causes the garelu to lose its shape. Unfortunately, I could not take the pictures and blog it while I was in India. I will definitely try to post the recipe during my next visit to India. I will back very soon with more recipes.
